At The First Baptist Church of Mandarin your privacy and security are
a top priority. Your personal information is needed
in order to process your order. This personal information
will never be shared or sold to any third party. The
transmission of your credit card information is done
securely to prevent unauthorized access. Credit card
information is solely for the purpose of completing
the transaction initiated by the customer, and shall
only be used for that purpose. Periodically, The First Baptist Church of Mandarin will contact its customers with brochures, catalogs,
or mailings notifying them of sales, specials or other
items of interest.

Delivery Fee
As we all are aware, gasoline prices are increasing. At this time,
we do no charge a delivery fee if you are in Jacksonville, Florida.
However, we respectfully request that a gratuity be offered to
compensate for our complimentary delivery service.

Delivery Time
If every item in your order is in stock we ship within
2-7 business days via Priority Mail or UPS ground
services. We ask that up to 14 days be allowed for delivery.
In most cases, delivery time is under 14 days. You
will be notified via email if one of your items is
not in stock and the delivery time is expected to
take longer than usual. If this is the case, we will
also offer possible alternative selections. Please
check your email regularly for mailings from The First Baptist Church of Mandarin.
If you need your order expedited, please choose one
of the special shipping methods at checkout. Requests
for expedited shipping will be processed on the following
business day. We will always inform you via email
of items not in stock so that you will be advised
of longer delivery times. Charges for rush shipping
are as follows and are added to your credit card total
at the time of shipping. During Christmas and Valentine’s
Holidays processing time will be longer due to the
high demand of expedited delivery during these times.
Please note that Saturday delivery must be requested.
Saturday delivery is an additional charge.

Confirmation
and Emails
We will send you an e-mail after you have placed your
order or if we have experienced a problem with your
order. Once the order has been shipped, an email notification
is sent with the tracking number. Any time an item
or color is out of stock; we inform by email of estimated
delays and list possible alternatives. Please always
check your email for notifications from info@fbcofmandarin.net. If no reply is received within 48 hours
to an email we have sent regarding an out of stock
item, the item is placed on backorder and will ship
as soon as available.

Methods of Ordering
When purchasing by credit card, the charge will be
reflected on your statement under our company name
The First Baptist Church of Mandarin. You can also place your order by
mail with a money order or local check. However,
no merchandise will be shipped until the check
or money order has been processed and cleared by
your financial institution.
You can place your order on line and use the "call-in"
option as a method of payment. This will allow you to call
our toll free customer service number at (904) 268-2422 and
making your payment via telephone.

Return Policy
We value your business and pledge to provide the best
customer service possible. If you are not satisfied
with your purchase for any reason, you may return
items for a refund, exchange or store credit
subject to the terms below:
• All returns and exchanges must be made within
7 days of receipt, with all tags intact and with
its original packaging, unused in any way, and in
original condition. Any items returned after 7 days
will be given store credit only.
• A "Merchandise Return Form" will
be packed and shipped with the merchandise. The
completed form must accompany the returned items.
Returns may be exchanged for another item, may receive
store credit, or the purchase amount may be credited
back to the credit card. Shipping charges are not
refundable. If returned merchandise qualified for
free shipping, the purchase amount less the standard
shipping charges will be credited. There will be
a 15% restocking fee on returned items. The customer
pays for return shipping unless The First Baptist Church of Mandarin
mailed the wrong item, or the item has an obvious
defect. All credits will be made within 30 days
of the return.
• If an order is cancelled within 24 hours
of being placed, you will not be charged.
